Standard House Package Guideline
(Per the Sales Order & Drawings)


A Complete House Package Component System, but not limited to, is based on the following criteria:
  1. Plans that meet the 2009 IRC code
  2. 2x4 or 2x6 x 92-5/8" walls
  3. Energy Heel Roof Trusses with 5/12 pitch and 12" overhang and gabled ends on 24" centers
  4. A single porch 96 square feet or less
  5. 2x12 staircase materials for basement and two story plans
  6. I-Joist floor system of simple spans on 24" centers
  7. Two 3-0 exterior doors
  8. Gallery or L-shaped kitchen cabinets 18' or less in length
  9. One 3052 window, one closet door, and one egress door per bedroom
  10. One twin 3052 window or two 3052 windows in the living room
  11. One 3052 window in the dining area & one 3032 in kitchen/utility room
  12. One mechanical or linen closet and one coat closet
  13. Plans with a garage include one additional 3-0 exterior door, one garage door, and one garage door opener
