Seniors At Home Program
New Hope Construction’s Seniors at Home program was developed to provide quality housing at affordable prices for senior citizens with low income. The goal of Seniors at Home is to produce quality housing for seniors who are living in inadequate conditions based on either structural insecurity or impractical financial situations. The Seniors at Home project will oversee the production of the pre-framed house packages, along with construction of these house packages through utilization of volunteer workers.

Applicants for the Seniors at Home program are chosen by New Hope Construction based on the following criteria: Age, need, ability to pay, land ownership, and their willingness to partner.

New Hope Construction is actively seeking Senior applications for our Seniors At Home program.

Thousands of Seniors currently live in substandard housing and could qualify for a NHC home. Please help us get the message out to friends, co-workers, churches and other organizations.

If chosen for a Seniors at Home house, New Hope Construction will sell the applicant their house at no profit and offer a 0% mortgage.
