S-SERIES HOUSE PLANS
New Hope Construction's S-series house package is a blend of our economy and
green house packages. Our S-Series house package can be purchased as a complete house package consisting of our shell package and our interior package or as a shell house package only. By purchasing the S-Series house package you will also qualify for our "11th House Program" and our "6 Months, No Interest Payment Plan".
On receipt of the final payment of the tenth house package in a 36 month period, having no late payments or past dues, NHC issues an 11th house certificate valid for 3 years. Since 2001, New Hope Construction has donated 21 house packages, 18 to Habitat for Humanity and 3 to other non-profit organizations, for a total of $735,000 and still counting.
