NHC Privacy Policy
Thank you for visiting our Web site and reading the New Hope Construction (NHC) Privacy Policy Statement. NHC is committed to assisting families in need with the life-changing opportunity of buying decent, affordable housing using a team of enthusiastic volunteers and staff guided by Christian values. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, publicly supported organization. Contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
In order to fulfill its mission, the NHC maintains databases that are compiled exclusively of information knowingly and voluntarily provided to the NHC by our donors and Web site visitors. The NHC respects the privacy of all donors and Web site visitors. The NHC does not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about our donors and Web site visitors unless required for law enforcement or otherwise required by law.
Please note, the NHC receives Memorial and Special Occasion donations both on-line and through the mail. The NHC may list the name, city and state of the donor and the occasion in our print Newsletter, unless the donor requests otherwise. This is a well-established policy adopted by most charitable organizations. However, donor amounts and specific addresses are never disclosed. Donors who want the amount of their donation publicly disclosed may request the same from the NHC.

The NHC’s policy is that it does not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about NHC. Web site visitors unless required for law enforcement or otherwise required by law. With the exception of the NHC link to Network For Good, for secure credit card donations, our Web site visitors are advised to use caution whenever they voluntarily disclose personal information on-line.
We must disclose pertinent credit card information to appropriate banking institutions for those persons using credit cards to make donations to the NHC. However, credit card information collected by the NHC is used strictly for billing purposes.
