New Hope Construction Partnership  New Hope Construction (NHC) is a non-profit Christian housing ministry. We provide the most cost efficient pre-framed and pre-cut house packages on today's market designed with the highest standards of quality, energy efficient materials and craftsmanship. A package provided by NHC will enable quicker builds, costs savings and streamlined in-house accounting and administration. We actually build (with clamps) each house in our warehouse before it is shipped to the site. We have many in-house floor plans available or we can build any floor plan you provide to us. You can also view our floor plans by following the "Products" link to our "House Plans". Our complete house package includes in-stock drawings, pre-framed interior & exterior walls drilled for electrical (labeled and ready for on site assembly), floor system, engineered energy heel roof trusses & sheathing, shingles, felt, vinyl siding, Energy Star low e windows, exterior doors & locksets, nails, adhesive, caulk, complete electrical & plumbing, shower/tub units, light fixtures, Energy Star 15 SEER HVAC unit; floor coverings (pile carpet, laminate, or vinyl), insulation, shelving, interior doors and knobs, interior trim, kitchen cabinets & countertops, bathroom vanities, paint, paint brushes, rollers, and more; even the light bulbs. We offer many upgrades to accommodate local codes. Some commonly used upgrades are 8' windstorm OSB for walls (we provide a special nail pattern for maximum strength), tech shield roof sheathing, 30lb roof felt, hardy plank siding, 15 SEER HVAC units, and 30 year dimensional/architectural shingles. As a Christian non-profit, our goal is to help you save money and increase your capacity to provide housing for those in need in your community. On-Site Instructor We know that the skill and experience level of volunteers changes from project to project. Our fee-based, On-Site Instructor is a "hands on" service available to those organizations that need assistance in directing the work of skilled and unskilled volunteers during the start-up days of a project. Our instructor will not do the work of the project coordinator, but will assist by showing workers how NHC house packages are assembled, and by responding to general construction questions. Customer Service We understand that caring for families and building houses are difficult tasks that can seem overwhelming at times. The friendly staff of NHC is here to serve you and to make these formidable tasks as rewarding as possible. We can answer your product and service questions, help you place an order, provide information that will help you respond to specific construction challenges, help with invoice and payment information, and offer suggestions on how to best utilize your volunteers during a build using our package. The goal of our Customer Service is to ensure that your entire project goes as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Design Services Our Design Services department offers a variety of in stock floor plans from which to choose, including two-to-five bedroom plans, one to two bath plans, regular and narrow lot designs, and plans that can be modified to meet ADA standards. We can modify almost any NHC floor plan to meet specific requirements. If you prefer, we offer design assistance to create a custom floor plan that will meet the needs of your family. With every project we provide five sets of complete working drawings. Although we are not architects, we use the latest version of Chief Architect 10.0 to create working drawings. All drawings meet or exceed the requirements of the 2006 International Residential Code. House Package Delivery We know that to complete your project in a timely manner, you need readily available materials. We also know that you need information as to what materials are being shipped to you. Our Logistics Department can give you specific delivery information and will work with you to meet your anticipated delivery dates whenever possible. To save shipping expenses, we encourage you to make arrangements to receive all the materials in your order in a single delivery.Please note that all deliveries require unloading of materials by hand.
