The goal of New Hope Construction is to provide non-profit organizations with the most cost effective house packages on today's market, designed with the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship and satisfaction using a simplified process for quicker builds that offer volunteers greater satisfaction in their accomplishments.
NHC understands the financial challenges associated with grants, pledges, and donations. We want to assist you with your program by offering a 6 month, no interest same as cash payment plan for other non-profits to use.
Upon receipt of final payment of the tenth house package purchased from New Hope Construction in a 36 month period, NHC will issue an 11th house certificate valid for 3 years.
Framing the American Dream®, a project sponsored by WTCA, individual component manufacturers, supplier companies, and the Building Systems Council of NAHB, featured two houses built simultaneously. One was built using wood pre-framed component systems framing, and the other fully engineered conventional stick framing.
