House packages are designed and built to strict standards in a controlled environment, using the highest quality materials available.  Pre-framed shell packages include everything required to complete the exterior of the house, including complete floor, wall panel, and roof systems, felt, shingles, windows, doors, vinyl siding and trim.   We offer 2x4 or 2x6 exterior walls, with top and bottom plates attached, and with OSB attached or shipped loose.  Usually all exterior and interior wall panels are in sections no longer than 12', and are pre-drilled for lateral electrical runs.  Interior material packages are available to fully complete the house on the inside, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, floor coverings, kitchen cabinets and countertops, interior doors and trim, and even the paint, paintbrushes, and light bulbs.

Pre-framed and engineered component systems make it possible to maximize the use of materials, producing less waste and, therefore, saving expense as well as assembly time.
