2012 International Residential Code and General Spceifications
All plans, materials and construction of house packages are manufactured to meet or exceed 2012 IRC (International Residential Code) Building Code. Every effort is made to meet or exceed the most stringent building codes encountered for any geographical location. However, it is the responsibility of the Purchaser for code compliance.
It is the Purchaser's responsibility to verify that all detailed information on the drawings meet or exceed local code requirements.
Regional variations, local codes, methods of installation, and individual preferences make it impossible to include "exact or precise" details on electrical, plumbing, heating and foundation plans. In most cases, layouts will show suggested locations.
