Place an order with only a 10% deposit. Subject to schedule availability, a house package can be shipped, Monday through Friday, within 21 days of receiving written approval of drawings, personal choices, and required deposits. The final 50% payment is due within 7 days of 1st delivery.
To help better understand how materials will be shipped, NHC has divided shipments into 3 categories: The Complete Package delivery will consists of the Shell Package materials along with the complete electrical, plumbing, and HVAC packages. Tub/Shower units, cabinets and countertops, insulation, interior doors, flooring, hardware, and shelving will also be delivered. The D1 delivery will consist of the Shell Package materials along with the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-in components. Insulation and any tub/shower unit ordered will also be included with the D1 delivery. The D2 delivery will be the trim-out packages. It will consist of the electrical, plumbing, HVAC trim-out materials, interior doors, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and all hardware and shelving. Note: Due to ordering time frames for certain items such as kitchen countertops, carpets, etc., a minimum of 10 working days are required for a scheduled trim-out delivery. All delivery dates, including postponed and rescheduled deliveries, are negotiated based on schedule availability. Special delivery situations may incur additional charges |
