W. Russell Meade - President, CEO and Founder

Russell and his wife Rena are active members of the Long Hollow Baptist Church of Hendersonville, Tennessee.

Rena Meade - Co-Founder

Rena and Russell recently celebrated their 30 year anniversary. Rena like Russell was born and raised in the Appalachian Mountains of eastern Kentucky. Rena graduated from Morehead State University at Morehead, Kentucky with a BA degree in education.

Sandra Sikes - Secretary and Treasurer

Sandra is a CPA and Comptroller for the Caterpillar Financial Center, located in Nashville, and travels extensively world wide in her job. Sandra is from Kentucky and bleeds "Wildcat blue!" She is an active member of the New Community Church of Hendersonville.

Randy Ensminger

Randy works full time with the retail and commercial building industry. Randy and his wife of 25 years have five children. Randy has also served on foreign mission building trips and is an active member at Belmont Church in Nashville, Tennessee.
