New Hope Construction, Inc.

New Hope Construction's 11th House Program has provided house package to Habitat for Humanity Affliates, the Jimmy Carter Work Program, the Down Syndrome Association and other non-profit organizations.  The 11th House is available with the purchase of ten house packages within a 36-month period.  Since 1996 New Hope Construction has donated and/or provided a credit for an 864 square foot house package once ten house packages have been purchased.

Upon receipt of the final payment, each house package purchased by a non-profit organization and having no late or past due payments will receive a NHC proof of purchase receipt valid for three years toward an 11th House.

This program is only available to non-profit organizations. The 11th House Package is a complete house package. The following apply to 11th House purchases:

1. Ten (10) house packages must be purchased within a three (3) year period.
   
2. A proof of purchase receipt will be provided upon receipt of each order containing the expiration date and ten (10%) of the purchase price, excluding transportation cost, design fee, and upgrades, of each house package purchase.
   
3. Proof of purchase receipt(s) will become void for any house package that has an invoice over seven (7) days past due.
   
4. 11th House proof of purchase receipts cannot be redeemed individually. Ten (10) proof of purchase receipts must be redeemed for the purchase of one 11th House Package.
   
5. 11th House purchases cannot be combined with any other offer, discounts, credits or promotions.
   
6. Proof of purchase receipts have no cash value and cannot be used for a cash credit or for any other reason than the purchase of an 11th house.
   
7. Upon purchase of an 11th house package, the purchaser is responsible for the difference between the total value of the ten (10) proof of purchase receipts and the total purchase price. The total amount is due in full at time of purchase.
   
8. In the event the total value of the (10) proof of purchases is greater than the 11th house purchase price, no credit, refund or discount will be given. The remaining proof of purchase value will be forfeited.
   
9. All deposits for an 11th House purchase are non-refundable.
   
10. Proofs of purchase receipts do not cover transportation expenses. Transportation expenses are the responsibility of the Purchaser and must be paid for at time of purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed upon by NHC, the Purchaser agrees to take shipment within 60 days from date of purchase. If for any reason shipment is not taken within 60 days of purchase, the 11th House order will be cancelled and all agreements will be terminated between NHC and the Purchaser for the 11th House purchase. Proof of purchase receipts that have not expired may be used on a future order.
