Progress on Phase 3, Dunlap 08/03/2010
 New Hope Construction made a delivery to Dunlap on Friday, July 30 and was able to check the progress of the build.  Floor systems were already in place, and the walls were going up on lot 34. Next will be the roof trusses, and then we can begin installing shingles, then move to the interior. It is so exciting to be able to see the stages of the build, and know that very soon 2 more homeowners will be moving to the Village!  This is a view of the build site and future road for Phase 3. There will be a total of 16 homes in this phase, and a combination of townhomes and single detached houses. Each house will be 2 bedroom, 1 bath with covered back and front porches, and a 1 car garage.  Wouldn't it be great to wake up to this view every morning!
