Phase 3 of the Seniors at Home Village of Dunlap began just a few days ago with the first 2 lots cleared and foundations poured. The roof trusses, flooring, and wall packages were delivered this week, and weather permitting should be in place within the next week. This lot is surrounded by many mature trees with a great view of the valley, as are all of the houses in this subdivision. We will soon have 2 more families moving into the village to join the neighborhood!

Paving of the streets in Phase 2 is also in progress. The first layer was added this week to level the streets. Once this layer settles for a few days, the paving will be added. Then comes the individual homeowner sidewalks, driveways, and gutters.

Please contact us if you would like to be involved with the Phase 3 construction. Volunteer opportunities include assistance with construction, family support, and meals for the volunteers. We appreciate the volunteers and partners who have helped us to make the Village a reality!
